01 General Terms & Conditions Overview

• Account transfers or sales are strictly prohibited.

• If suspicious activity is detected, soltbaje reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Soltbaje supports multiple Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally instant, while withdrawals typically take 1–3 business days to process.

05 Betting Rules & Restrictions

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless soltbaje itself cancels it.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and event.
• If odds change, the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
• Soltbaje reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• Placing bets on the same event using multiple accounts will be considered arbitrage and may result in account closure.

For Sports Betting, match results are determined by the official announcement of the relevant sports governing body. In cricket, football, and other sports, the Duckworth-Lewis method or applicable official rules will apply.

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms
